Hidden History: Did you know in the 16th century,

Hidden History: Did you know in the 16th century, when Worcester was enclosed by City Walls, there were six gates to access the centre? You'll recognise some of the names, St. Martin's Gate in the east, Sidbury Gate to the south, Friar Gate, Edgar Tower and Water Gate. You can still visit The Water Gate! Here you'll find marks in the walls with flood levels from over the years. 2025 is the perfect year to dig deeper into our city’s past.
